Minutes from the meeting held on February 27, 2007.

The meeting began with a Scripture reading and the parish prayer.

There was a special presentation at the parish council meeting. It was called “Sparking Youth Ministry.” Mr. Stephen Colella from the Office of Youth Ministry conducted it. He is the coordinator of training and formation. Several parishioners who work with youth programs also attended. The PowerPoint presentation was very informative.  It talked about how to go about setting up a youth ministry program. It mentioned pitfalls and how to avoid them. Steve stressed the fact that we should go slowly and do the research beforehand. 

The meeting closed with a prayer.

The next Parish Council meeting will be held on March 27 at 7:30 PM at the rectory.
