Oven Omlet Brunch

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 c. margarine
1-1/2 dozen eggs
1 c. sour cream

1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt


DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. In oven, melt margarine in baking dish (13-1/2x9x2 inches); tilt dish to coat bottom of pan. Mix eggs, cream, milk and salt. Pour in pan. Bake until eggs set, about 35 minutes.
