Scallops-Noodle Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

1-1/2 lb. scallops
1 (8 oz) pkg noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 c. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms

1 small onion
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. milk
2 tsp. flour
salt and pepper
1/4 c. sharp grated cheese


DIRECTIONS:
Saute onion and mushrooms in butter; add scallops and toss for 5 minutes. Add to noodles, cream, butter, flour and milk; add sour cream. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes..

YIELD:
